Your facilitator -
Brianna is a Somatic Practitioner & trauma-sensitive yoga teacher with extensive experience in creating & facilitating meaningful workshops, classes & retreats. She's known for her down-to-earth approach - ensuring you're supported as you call yourself back to your body.
